Maddy is published by Reck the Fort LLC. This page explains how to delete your Maddy account and what happens to your data.
Only the account holder can delete the account. Caregivers and other circle members cannot delete it for you.
Email support@reckthefort.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account," and we will delete it for you.
Deleting your account permanently removes the data tied to it, including:
Nothing personal is kept for our use. Your data is removed from our active systems immediately when you confirm the deletion. Residual copies in our encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
Records that a payment provider (Apple or Google) is legally required to keep for their own billing and tax purposes are held in their systems under their policies, not ours.
